Troubleshooting

Imagine this…

Your department proudly and successfully launched 49 courses in Adobe Captivate last quarter. However, now, all of them have either suddenly stopped working or are creating errors in the company’s learning management system. The contractor you originally hired to create the courses is no longer available and no one on your team is versed enough in Adobe Captivate to resolve the issues. Your workforce can’t afford to not have access to the learning materials for too long so you need all 49 courses back up and running within a week. What do you do? You hire Paramount Learning Solutions, who put one of their Adobe geniuses on it, conducted a full QA round on each course and found several errors that she was able to resolve quickly and meet the client’s urgent deadline.

Believe it or not, this is NOT a fictional story.

Here’s another real story…

A creative agency was hired to create a highly interactive module in Articulate Storyline 360. Their team knocked the design out of the park and created something visually stunning, yet effective. However, some of the custom interactions they came up with, proved to be more difficult to develop than originally thought. The interactions were either broken or not working as intended.

What did they do? They hired Paramount Learning Solutions, who assigned it to their best Storyline developer who enthusiastically took on the challenge and fixed every single issue. Needless to say, the creative agency was able to deliver a beautiful, highly interactive e-learning course to their end-client confidently.

If you ever find yourself in a similar scenario, don’t stress! Let our team of developers find and solve the issue. We nerd out on this stuff.
